Responsibilities

Supervise and support a team of enumerators to ensure accurate and timely data collection

Monitor daily call activities and performance metrics to maintain quality and productivity
- Ensure adherence to project methodology, scripts, and data privacy guidelines
- Conduct regular quality control checks and provide feedback to enumerators
- Manage scheduling, attendance, and task allocation for the enumerator team
- Ensure the completeness, consistency, and integrity of collected survey data

Assist in compiling and submitting regular progress reports and deliverables to the central coordination team
Qualitfications
- Bachelor’s degree in social sciences, statistics, public health, or related field

3–5 years’ experience
in survey coordination or field team management

Experience overseeing
multi-country or remote survey projects is highly desirable
Skills
- Proven leadership and coordination skills
- Familiarity with telephonic survey platforms
- Understanding of country-specific data protection and survey standards
- Excellent reporting and communication skills (strong English required)
- Ability to train and guide enumerators effectively
