We are seeking dedicated professionals in Muscat, Oman, Cairo, Egypt and Istanbul, Turkey to join our telephonic survey project spanning GCC countries. If you have experience in survey coordination or data collection—and a passion for delivering high-quality insights—we want to hear from you!
Responsibilities
- Conduct telephonic surveys to collect data and feedback across several countries
- Tailor survey implementation to comply with local regulations and operational
realities
- Ensure proper training, management, and support for both enumerators and
supervisors
- Deliver outputs in line with the methodology provided
- Apply a fixed pricing structure based on successful call volume and
country-specific complexity
Qualitfications
- High school diploma or above (associate or bachelor’s degree preferred)
- Experience in call
centers, data collection, or customer service roles
- Familiarity with telephonic surveys and tools such as KoBoToolbox preferred
Skills
- Familiarity with telephonic survey platforms KoBoToolbox preferred
- Experience in call centers, data collection, or customer service roles
- Excellent reporting and communication skills (strong English required)
