Quality Coordinator

The Quality Coordinator will be responsible for supporting the Quality Manager in ensuring that the company adheres to the established quality management standards. The Quality Coordinator will be involved in planning and implementing quality assurance activities, performing internal audits, and monitoring the performance of the quality management system.

Responsibilities

  • Assist in developing and implementing the company's quality management system.
  • Conduct internal audits to assess compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with departments to integrate quality requirements into their processes.
  • Review and analyze quality performance data to identify improvements.
  • Support external audit preparations and assessments 
  • Ensure non-conformances are promptly identified, documented, and resolved. 
  • Maintain quality control records and reports. 
  • Participate in continuous improvement initiatives.

Must Have

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field (Quality Management, Business Administration, etc.).
  • 2+ years of experience in a quality control role.
  • Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.
  • Familiarity with ISO standards. 
  • Strong command of MS Office.

Nice to have

  • Experience in Odoo ERP System.
  • Continuous improvement expertise. 
  • Data analysis skills.  
  • Regulatory compliance knowledge.
