We are seeking a dynamic and experienced M&E Team Leader / Field Supervisor to join our growing team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing field-based monitoring activities, ensuring high-quality data collection, and coordinating with multiple stakeholders to support project success. You will play a critical role in driving operational efficiency and ensuring compliance with project monitoring standards.
The ideal candidate is proactive, results-driven, and capable of managing field teams in complex and demanding environments. You will work closely with internal departments and external partners to deliver accurate and actionable insights that inform project implementation and strategic decision-making.
This position requires a blend of technical expertise, leadership ability, and problem-solving skills, along with a strong commitment to teamwork and field engagement.
Responsibilities
- Supervise and coordinate all field-level monitoring activities.
- Lead data collection efforts through DOs, FGDs, KIIs, and surveys.
- Ensure timely and accurate field reporting and documentation.
- Provide support and guidance to enumerators and field teams.
- Report challenges and recommend operational improvements.
- Liaise with local stakeholders, partners, and communities.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree or higher in a relevant field (Social Sciences, Development Studies, etc.).
- Previous experience in TPM, M&E, or humanitarian field operations.
- Excellent written and spoken English.
- Strong communication and leadership skills.
- High level of integrity, responsibility, and self-motivation.
Skills
- Experience with digital data collection tools (e.g., KoboToolbox, ODK).
- Knowledge of local languages and cultural contexts.
- Ability to work under pressure in field environments.
- Background in project management or supervision.
