We are looking for an IT Support Engineer to support the development and deployment of Odoo ERP, in addition to providing general IT support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for installing, maintaining, and troubleshooting IT systems while assisting in the implementation of new technologies. This role requires a strong technical background in hardware, software, and networks, as well as experience with ERP systems.
Responsibilities

Assist in the development, customization, and deployment of Odoo ERP.

Install, maintain, and repair computer hardware and software systems.

Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with computer systems, networks, and applications.

Maintain and update IT systems, security protocols, and backups.
- Provide technical support to end-users for hardware, software, and ERP-related issues.
- Collaborate with the IT Manager to implement new IT policies and procedures.
- Ensure compliance with IT security protocols and industry standards.

Monitor system performance and suggest improvements for better efficiency.
Must Have

Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or a related field.

2-3 years of experience in a technical support role.

Strong technical skills in hardware, software, and networking.

Experience with Windows, MacOS, and Linux operating systems.

Familiarity with security protocols and data protection measures.
- Hands-on experience with ERP systems (Odoo experience preferred).

Excellent problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
